Career Exploration
Life is all about choices and deciding on a major and career can be a stressful decision. With so many major and career possibilities, you want to be sure that the path you choose supports your personality type, interests, and values. Career exploration doesn’t end, though, once you decide on a major. The ability to know yourself is always crucial to make sure that your occupational choices are a good fit.
Resume, Cover Letter, and Reference Page
You only have about 15-20 seconds to grab an employer’s attention with your resume. Learn the best ways to format your resume and tailor your skills and experiences for your career field. Not looking for a job yet? That’s ok. It’s never too early to get started. Writing your resume now will help you identify crucial skills and experiences you may be missing.
Interviewing
You've landed an interview. Congratulations! The hard work you've put into writing your resume, networking, and gaining experience has paid off. Now to land the job, you'll need to prepare and practice your interviewing skills.

Networking
Who you know and what they know about you is important—80% of all positions are found through networking connections. Whether you’re searching for an internship, looking for a job, or changing industries, networking can be a powerful tool to help you achieve career success. Don’t know how to get started networking? Job Seeking
Did you know it takes the average job-seeker up to 6 months to find a position? The CREW Career Center has several resources that can help you prepare early for a successful job search. Reviewing job search preparation steps, identifying employment opportunities, and finding non-paid experiences that connect with your goals are all resources available to you. Internship or Co-ops
An internship or co-op provides an excellent opportunity to gain relevant experience, develop transferable skills, and make networking connections.
